hart has starting tearing it up
I noticed that Hart has seemed to pick up the pace after you posted this... definitely someone to keep an eye on if you have room.

on my bench for now
Yes, I agree. I picked Reimold up for depth down the road. It is a keeper league so he may also have extra value that way. His avg should rise as he gets past his achilles tendon issue that is still affecting him. The positive is that he has been getting full playing time in the 4 or 5 hole, since Pie went down. I am still keeping my eye out for Hart just in case he starts to play everyday again. Thanks!

yup, good idea
I still like Hart, but Edmonds is getting in the way... eventually, I think Edmonds will shut down and retire, and Hart will get his deserved ABs. Just a gut feeling.

But, with a full season, Reimold is a great 20-15 candidate... the problem is average, so I only use him (for now) in very deep leagues as a 5th OF.

Pie out for ~3 mos
With Pie out, Reimold is back to getting full-time AB's. Do you like him despite his slow start? Someone dropped him in my keeper league and I was thinking about using my waiver. Probably will drop, Corey Hart who continues to platoon. Good idea? Thanks!

relax
I read a reference today from CBS saying that he's a favorite for AL ROY after only 100 some ABs because of his incredible power surge... relax, folks. Is he worth a grab if he is out there? I would say yes, if you are in the mood to gamble.

He has been absolutely on fire this year in his first stint in AAA some 100 ABs where he hit 9 HRs and high .300s).

In 5 minor league seasons (most sub AAA), he had a .286 average (which includes the 100 ABs he had in AAA this year).

Tread lightly.
