Hermida or Laroche?

I just dumped Bonds today to get Gomes. I would add him into the mix, and among the three, I would choose Gomes for now.

Among the two: Hermida or Laroche, I choose Laroche, but sit him until he heats up. He seems to always start slow in my recollection...

Jeremy Hermida, Adam LaRoche

I am in a 14 person mixed Yahoo league.
Both Jeremy Hermida and Adam Laroche are available.
How much of a risk are these guys coming of the DL? Should I bite?
I could drop Jason Giambi, Barry Bonds, and / or Mark Lowe, David Riske who I picked up for extra saves.
Thoughts?
