Bug Fix #2 for the day: Pitchers' BABIP

I discovered an error in the formula that calculates pitchers' BABIP. While ratio-wise, the rankings would not change, it is certainly best to be statistically accurate. The figures for pitcher BABIP that you see here now are the exact figures you should find anywhere else.

2B Positional Scarcity Factor Bug Squashed

There was a bug in the system if you tried to use the posititonal scarcity factor at second base. It has just been fixed.
