| CBSsports.com asks: is it time to sell high? |
I have James in a number of leagues, thankfully... in my money league, I got him for $3 - a steal for sure.
CBS asks: is it time to sell high on him?
Nah.
You got him on the cheap. He has provided UBER value thus far (as the #1 pitcher in all of baseball, fantasy wise, 5x5, through 6/1). He will continue to provide value.
His 87% LOB and .244 BABIP means that he can't hold on to these numbers, and that is fine. By season's end, I suspect that he'll have an ERA only slightly higher than his FIP - maybe 3.5. He is striking out a ton of batters, so he should be a helpful addition to your fantasy club all season.
