He has been a major disappointment for me in my money league, and a few others... the power just hasn't been there. Any ideas why?

Rule of 27 year. .290 average is reasonable... a handful of steals to go with 15+ HRs and decent peripherals means lots of value for cheap. I just got him in the Bloomberg Experts vs. Regulars Draft in the 12th round (pick 141).
