trading Alex Gonzalez is a good bet... he has been playing out of his gourd, and someone in your league probably is interested.

Slow start there 14 team H2H keeper. I have both him and Venable on team along with Cody Ross three average killers. I have hill coming off the DL soon (hopefully) Do I dorp one of the 2 Pods or Alex Gonzalez who I have playing MI in place of Hill?

reminds me of Mike Jacobs, in terms of numbers, after his first stint in the big leagues... Mike hit 10 HRs in about 100 ABs.
Like Mike, Kyle has a ton of pop, but he can't hit... strikes out way too much. He went for decent money (over $10) in a recent NL-only draft that I participated in.
He is worth a flyer pick - even in multis - especially keeper leagues... if you have average shored up, but you need some cheap, endgame pop.
