To: mannyramirez24 -- clearly. you're a Sox fan. I think your expectations are a little high for the end of April; BUT, I absolutely agree that he will turn it around.
To alva: Congrats! You have the corp of a winning team.

Wats goin on wit Big Papi??? He is already startin the 08' season pretty badly and it seems like he's not being the Big Papi dat we all kno so its kind of a surprised to see Papi startin off like dis. But I kno 1 thing,By the end of this month, Big Papi will average around .301 with 9 homers and 32 RBIs so we'll c how he comes along during this season.

I love Derrek Lee being said. This being said, if someone offered me Papi right now, I would *JUMP* at the offer. Your competitor got all of Papi's bad stats for the year.
Enjoy all the good.
Any other thoughts?
I have heard rumors of physical injury problems, etc., but I think they are only rumors. The upside is immense. If you have a serviceable backup 1B just in case, all the better.
I only ask you here to think back just 11 days ago.
Wouldn't you have jumped at this trade on April 1st?
And 11 days is gonna change your mind?

anything wrong with papi? |
is that knee still bothering him? i've been offered papi for d. lee, but wanna make sure there not some info i'm missing. baseball tonight focused on him not bending his repaired knee enough while hitting, and i'm not sure what to make of that. jus mental block? scar tissue? still hurt? lmao, overanalyzing? i'd like to jump all over that deal, but impatience and lack of info has, haha, burned me before...any info would be apprec. thanks.
